90 Second Incredible Italian Bread {grain & gluten free}

Bread that isn't really bread, but acts like bread, looks crazy similar to bread AND takes only 90 seconds to make! Gluten/grain free and low carb too! WHHAATTT?! I promise it isn't too good to be true! 
I recently started following a Ketogenic Diet, so I have been experimenting with different bread alternatives for the occasional times that I feel like having a sandwich! If you aren't familiar with the Ketogenic Diet, it is a low carb, high fat, moderate protein way of eating; no sugar or starchy carbs (ie. potatoes, grains). My approach is dairy-free, organic and whole foods based, so this recipe is a reflection of that; however, there are plenty of variations for this recipe as it is very versatile!
