Totally Taco Pie

Hello everyone! It's been way too long since we've posted on our blog, but we hope to make up for that with this seriously delicious way for your whole family to enjoy TACOS! This recipe is super quick and easy, with minimal ingredients needed - in fact, you probably have everything you need to make it right now! This taco pie is low carb and grain free! Here's a pic of our kids enjoying the Totally Taco Pie! Our oldest is 5 and our youngest is 2! We like to serve it to them salad-style (gotta get those veggies in where ya can)! Chop up the pieces of pie and add a handful of chopped greens, tomatoes, green onion, avocado and then drizzle with homemade ranch dressing or even a mix of sour cream/greek yogurt and salsa!  TOTALLY TACO PIE serves 4-6 All You Need: 1 lb ground beef (or poultry) 2-3 Tbsp T&A Spice Co. 90 Second Incredible Italian Bread {grain & gluten free}

Bread that isn't really bread, but acts like bread, looks crazy similar to bread AND takes only 90 seconds to make! Gluten/grain free and low carb too! WHHAATTT?! I promise it isn't too good to be true!  I recently started following a Ketogenic Diet, so I have been experimenting with different bread alternatives for the occasional times that I feel like having a sandwich! If you aren't familiar with the Ketogenic Diet, it is a low carb, high fat, moderate protein way of eating; no sugar or starchy carbs (ie. potatoes, grains). My approach is dairy-free, organic and whole foods based, so this recipe is a reflection of that; however, there are plenty of variations for this recipe as it is very versatile! Quick & Easy Incredible Italian Roasted Pork Tenderloin

This recipe is quick, easy and most important, it's DELICIOUS! You can make it with minimal ingredients, most of which you probably already have in your kitchen (always a bonus)! Before making this, I had only ever cooked pork tenderloin in my slow cooker. Now that I know how quickly it can come together with the roasting method, I will be making it this way again, and again! The method of piercing the tenderloin with a fork and searing it, produces a delicious crust and fantastic flavourful, juicy and tender meat, without the time it takes to marinade! I am new to this whole blogging thing, so there aren't a whole lot of pictures to show in this post, but I promise I am going to work on that and next recipe post there will be more detailed pictures of the process of making it/ingredients used, and not just the end result; so STAY TUNED for that! Lemon Dill-ight Burgers with Green Mash and Lemon Butter

BBQ season is here and burgers are a staple around the T&A Spice Co. household, but sometimes you need something different to add into the dinner rotation to  spice  things up a bit! Our family has recently started eliminating grains from our dinners (other meals too, for just the grown ups), so we have been going bun-less with our burgers and trying out new veggie sides, so when we came across this recipe we put our own little twist on it and were pleasantly surprised when even the Littles devoured it (with a little help from Mr. Ketchup, of course)!   Before you write off the Green Mash completely (I get that it may resemble baby food haha), I highly encourage you to try it!
